Konstruct and Design is an independent building company run by Konrad Adamczewski who has been restoring houses for over twenty five years. We aim to deliver high quality design and construction as efficiently and economically as possible. Our core team is augmented by specialist sub-contractors. Through initial meetings we endevour to establish a realistic and competative budget for each project.

Konrad Adamczewski
I originally trained as a classical guitarist and for many years taught guitar. I gradually developed my building skills whilst working on my own properties and subsequently trained as a carpenter. Working on many projects I have developed my sense of design to a high degree and this is often the starting point for successful projects.
The main team includes a plumber, an electrician, plasterers, roofers, general builders and decorators. We also have close links to several local architects, designers and structural engineers.
